About RSC Heating & Air Conditioning

I have used RSC exclusively since I purchased my home five years ago. They installed the current system several years before I purchased the home and have serviced it since its installation. I have always found the people at RSC – from the owner to the technicians who work on the unit to Danielle who is the most pleasant person I’ve ever dealt with on the phone – to be 100% professional. They respond immediately to my concerns; they arrive when they say they will; they are thoroughly knowledgeable about the systems they sell and service; they explain the problem (s) in plain English as well as the options for fixing those problems their cost estimates are accurate and the work they do is first rate. I would recommend RSC to anyone who needs work done on his or her HVAC system.

The dealings we have had with this company, thus far, have been excellent. Product presentation and all options were explained in great detail including follow-up answers to questions that arose. The work team of Greg and Bob were excellent. They were on time, courteous, efficient and cleaned up everything when they were done. They explained how to use he equipment and programming the thermostat. I’d recommend RSC Heating to friends and family.

I feel very lucky to have RSC! Today Greg did seasonal maintenance at one home for me and an inspection of a home that my husband and I were considering buying. Greg is very thorough, efficient, and conscientious. I am very grateful that he inspected the system at the second home, it was a huge help in terms of making a decision. He wrote a detailed report for us – and I am so appreciative of his perspective. We have always been pleased with the work and service of RSC, all of their technicians are outstanding.

New Year’s Day and single digit temp, our heating system stopped working. RSC Heating and Air Conditioning had a tech at our house within 1.5 hours. Chuck quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem. He further inspected the system to be sure it was running smoothly. We have been using RSC for our home heating maintenance needs and they have always been top notch! Highly recommended.

We bought a home with an older HVAC unit and had a great experience with RSC. They came out and serviced the unit, made lots of good recommendations for us, and even did some forensic detective work on where an old leak may have come from. Extremely friendly technicians and prompt service. Would recommend to anyone.

RSC installed our heating system eight years ago. Steve provided a very detailed and accurate estimate, that was the best quote I received. The service has been excellent the past eight years. The system is checked twice per year, and warranty covers any issues. I  had one issue with the compressor, and that was covered total parts and labor by Carrier. The technicians are very professional and courteous, as well as very knowledgeable. They always wear shoe covers in the house. I would highly recommend RSC for any HVAC applications.

We have used RSC a number of times and are always pleased with their level of service, knowledge and professionalism. We live in an old house with radiators. They recently did a great job of diagnosing a problem and fixing it right away. Highly recommend Chuck! Great guy to work with!
