Does RSC offer any guarantees?
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your Carrier equipment within one year of the installation date, RSC, through its affiliation with ServAssure Dealers, will correct the problem or remove the equipment and refund your entire purchase price as part of our guarantee program.
This warranty includes all labor incurred for diagnosing, repairing, removing, installing, shipping, servicing or handling of either defective parts or replacement parts. The installation of new geothermal systems is not covered by this guarantee.
