Once signed up for our program, we will reach out to you each Spring and Fall for preventive maintenance checks on your HVAC system while giving you priority scheduling and service before the busy season.

How Soon Can RSC be out to evaluate my heating system?

Whether you’re in York, Lancaster, Lebanon, Berks, Chester, or Dauphin county RSC will have a certified technician to your home within 24 hours of your call. If you your HVAC issue is an emergency, we have a dedicated emergency response team that you can reach at 717-299-3914.

Will RSC Keep me Updated About my Scheduled Appointment?

Yes, RSC will contact you to confirm your appointment and send you text reminders the day of your appointment. We will also send a photo of the technician that is coming to service your heat unit.

Does RSC offer financing?

Yes, RSC is able to offer financing and payment plans for select products, installations, and services. RSC operates using a flat-rate “no surprise” pricing so that you know exactly how much your service or installation will cost before the work starts. You can trust us to give you the right price the first time!

Are RSC Technician’s Certified?

Yes, all of our service technicians are NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified, as well as certified comfort consultant, and Carrier Healthy Air Experts. As your local HVAC experts, RSC is a Carrier factory authorized dealer as well as a 14-time Carrier president’s award recipient.

Does RSC offer any guarantees?

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your Carrier equipment within one year of the installation date, RSC, through its affiliation with ServAssure Dealers, will correct the problem or remove the equipment and refund your entire purchase price as part of our guarantee program.

This warranty includes all labor incurred for diagnosing, repairing, removing, installing, shipping, servicing or handling of either defective parts or replacement parts. The installation of new geothermal systems is not covered by this guarantee.
