I view my Carrier HVAC installation as an investment into my family’s home and feel the payout of comfort and ease were greatly worth the price.

RSC Heating & Air Conditioning has been wonderful to work with. My husband and I were in need of updating our AC and Furnace as well as relocating our current water heater. They were able to order everything and install in a timely manner. The workers were wonderful and actually left our space cleaner than before all the work was done. Shortly after install, we had an electrical issue (at no fault of theirs) and they were able to fix it promptly to get everything working how it should. Amazing company and products!

A year has passed since RSC replaced our oil fired furnace with a new Carrier heat pump, and we couldn’t be happier! The house is more consistent in temperature and the new control system allows greater flexibility. RSC’s monitoring, follow up and service after the sale have been beyond our expectations.

We solicited bids from three different Carrier heat pump providers, and RSC, by far, was the most professional, reasonable cost, excellent installers, courteous office staff – no wonder they are the only Carrier supplier in Lancaster County, who has gotten the Carrier President’s Award for nine years. They were the only company that offered to take care of all the rebates. We are toasty warm and very satisfied.
